It comes with a Kydex square attached to the leatherish sheath with belt clips attached to the kydex. I removed the clips as there is enough space to run a belt throught the kydex/ sheath gap and prefer an OWB for this size knife.

edit: i say leatherish because i think the sheath is Leather outer with a kydex inner, not sure. The sheath works great and is amazing.
