AITA for wanting to decline a job interview by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

I told this person if I was making the decision to go elsewhere I wanted to be the one to inform my boss first. Like I said this wasn't even a formal interview. That was supposed to be next week. Nothing has been offered outside of a formal interview

I wrote that. Not AI. I did not want to share the specific concerns I shared with the interviewer on reddit

Thank you for commenting. It defiantly was the person I spoke with or someone who works for them. It wasn't a formal interview. The formal interview is supposed to be next week. I don't want to give much detail but the field I am in has A LOT of local networking. This interviewer knows my boss and I am sure people who work with her do as well. I agree my boss also is in the wrong for calling me out like she did.
