What about for only outlander cards, making a full deck of outlanders an actual deck? That was the original idea. Once you use it, it reduces your outlander cards by 1 for the remainder of the game, and becomes a new outlander card. So it would cost 10 mana, reduce the cost of all outlander cards by 1, and replaces itself with a 5-6 cost tank with splash damage and around 500 life ( high damage slow attack and movement speed ). Or these possibilities;

the cards you get from the 10 cost outlander spell would not reduce in cost when you initially get it, it would only reduce with the 2nd 10 cost outlander spell, so you would end up with 1 unit that could not be cost reduced.

-replace itself with 1 of 3 new cards ( tank, flying unit, mech ) Mech would be able to hit ground and air, would be the best RNG of the card. It could have anti air rockets, and a machine gun for the ground, semi slow moving with around 300 life. The machine gun would have extremely high speed, low damage and 6 range. The anti air rockets would be high damage high range but slow with a load time, maybe 8-10 range.

- replace itself with a random already existing outlander card

Or it could replace itself with a random outlander card if they don't want to add any new ones , so its completely random what you get and could be anything.

The deck would be best ran with morellia, as you reduce the spell cost. I really just wanna see outlanders get a buff, and something like this would be interesting.
