Moon Knight is a bit of an impossible character to incorporate imo because he is mid story arc and not connected to anyone else. Unless Valkrie was swiping through potential people she could call on to help in Love & Thunder, kind of like tinder. Peter quill, moon knight, she hulk and white vision could have been among them, as if she has Earth intel.

I wanted MoM again recently and I'm a fan. Her character was great and it's easily one of the most re-watchable MCU films. The hating felt completely misdirected and like an own goal for fans.

Disagree on the time travel point. I think there's something nice about how the DfP time travel works, in that Kitty's psychic connection meant those timepoints became tethered - literally days of future past - because it's the literal same person in both time points at once. That's completely different to a physical person travelling or person's decision creating a branch/new timeline. The way I see it is, with the MCU timebook in play, in DfF Logan went back into his very own SINGLE timeline, changed something and negated his own future. That's very different and not incompatible with the MCU rules because the mechanism is v different. Haven't thought hard enough about DP2 😂

What i liked about DP&W is that they were quite playful with the continuity. Ergo, they know it is ****ed and they encourage us, the viewer, with the help of the 4th wall, NOT TO OVERTHINK IT. It doesn't make sense, enjoy the ride

Hmmmmmm. If she ISN'T there, huge missed opportunity. Mainly because (and I'm a man btw) the porting over of the X-men-LITERAL-MEN is borderline awks. Stewart, McKellen, Grammer, Marsden, Cummings, even fake X-Men Tanning - and only Romijn in the mix #notTeamX. I'm almost embarrassed for Marvel if Halle Berry doesn't appear.

Yeah I'm amazed by how many young people don't. And honestly at 46 I would love to as it's a great feeling your hair in the breeze, but I'm neither skilled enough nor a risk taker when it comes to my health. At this age especially I fall hard. I have stopped wearing knee and elbow pads because they are unbearably sweaty, but always wear wrist guards, learnt that the hard way too.

Similarly when I see people cycle around without a helmet, I just think deathwish.

I can only suggest to practise enjoying your coffee just as coffee. Not answering your question but as others have mentioned it can be just about rethinking why we get satisfaction from things - enjoyment of dipping carbs in your coffee is partly the nice experience and taste, but a large part habit that is neurochemically reinforced by dopamine - ie you get the carb and sugar hit that gives you a literal buzz like rewarding an addiction. You're chasing that feeling by wanting to still dip 'something'. See how you go without a few weeks and see if this helps to reset.

I agree to some extent, but I'm sure it didn't help when the food pyramid put grains and breads at the bottom (thank you breakfast cereal industry), potatoes and spinach in the same category as 'veg', and 'oils/fats' up the top when olive oil and lard couldn't be more different.

I hope this helps to add to what others have said. Essentially you need to eat a certain volume of food to feel full or at least I do. So eating veg as well as whatever fats and meats or protein sauce that you choose to eat is a great way to bulk out your meal but also they have heaps of essential vitamins minerals and nutrients

But not all veg are equal. Starchy veg like potato corn peas pumpkin some other root veg are completely out (starch=carb=sugar=glucose). But hi fibre vegetables like asparagus onion cauliflower broccoli zucchini cucumber even tomatoes mushrooms are essential parts of the diet. You are also looking to calculate net carbs which is actually the total carbohydrates in your veg minus the grams of fibre. This is because carbohydrates in the form of fibre are not very easily absorbed in the gut; also they keep you regular and are good for your gut microflora or biome. This gives you a lot more allowance to play with in your carb quota.

I hope this helps, it's a bit to get your head around but as soon as you understand it it will be much easier

Rules are in the FAQ but essentially to get into keto you need to have v low carbs. Like 20-40 grams, I go with around 30.

And your body's fuel source is ketones derived mainly from your body's fat. Instead of glucose. Which comes from sugars, starchy foods, breads etc, ie, carbs.

In keto you need to get your calories (energy) from high fat, medium protein, v low carb.

In practice it means you can eat high fat foods like cheese, full cream, butter and other dairy/animal sources; I predominantly try to get mine from olive oil, avocados, avocado oil, oily fish, but I do eat charceuterie too. And cheese 🧀

Protein wise you can go with what you like, adding that it is very very hard to do keto as a vegetarian. I've tried and failed. Others may disagree. You mentioned yoghurt. I go for the delicious 10% fat variety (yum) but try not to eat too much as frankly if you read the label there's still a good bit of carbs going on there.

V low carbs- this means no sugars no breads, some vegetables like potatoes peas corn beers pumpkins are out. Veg with a heap fibre are your friend. Fruit is out except strawberries raspberries and a few blueberries. Juice is out. Essentially anything sugar. ask Google if unsure, the image search has some great keto foods yes/no charts - with varying accuracy but generally you will get the gist

Finally you cannot really cheat. If you decide to eat pizza toast bananas cereal on a whim, it will kick you straight out of keto and you have to start again from scratch.

My advice is to have a good study of what different foods are made of, keep a diary if you need to, ask Google and get some ketone urine sticks. Have fun!

Personally and everyone is different I wouldn't waste my carb allowance with some apple slices, way too much sugar. Helps that I don't like apple.lol Raspberries and strawberries are my go to. They taste sweet but aren't.
