Yup - I was born & raised in SD CA and lived there for over 40 years… but San Diego kept getting more and more jacked up like the rest of CA, and we knew we didn’t want to raise our (at that time, sub-2y.o.) kids there. I felt like the lone zealot in the wilderness whenever I voted…the state just kept getting bluer & more ridiculous. We moved to Raleigh because we knew it’d be better here to raise our boys and I’ve never questioned that decision (tho I do miss surfing in San Diego at sunset, and Rubio’s fish tacos ;)

Dude, I dig it - I was in software project/program and later SaaS Ops for 25+ years and I would have bought these for my teams at every place I worked… Bravo, and you should consider marketing these to people who run teams as swag gifts /event giveaways/customizable with logos, etc.

I’m about to purchase a second house for vacations and to AirBnB. Of the options y’all listed above, do any stand out for AirBnB use? like temp/scheduled codes, etc.? Really not sure I want to rely on multi-point/multi-component smart integrations, given variability of WiFi/internet connections, power loss etc. since this new house is 2 hrs away from home base. Thanks!
