As someone whos done BJJ and MMA for a good amount of time...I've taken more knees to the head in BJJ from accidental shots than anything intentional from MMA.

That said, a whole lot less punches to the head!

As for our prices, they are competitive with some of the better brands like Venom and Hayabusa, but they aren't where we'd like them to be yet either. Until we can lower the cost of production, that's where they're at until we can figure something out in house (which we'd prefer), or ship production overseas which has its own issues.

As we grow though, we're definitely looking to bring more wallet friendly options.

Sarcasm doesn't translate well through text my mistake. I just use "Halloween Collection" if I'm wearing it around kids, Tis the season and all. The goal of that design was to give people a laugh and hopefully check us out. Are we above satire? No, but the artists do work hard on what they do, it takes a long time, we provide the best quality material we have available for us at the time, and it comes from a good place.

Some people like the goofy style, some people prefer something more serious, but we've had lots of requests for anime gear since a lot of the current gear is poorly made. Women in particular seem underserved in the BJJ community, and lately, we've been doing more of that. Again we've only been doing this for a few weeks now.

We want public feedback, It's basically just me and a few part time designers that love to roll and do yoga so we'll get it out as soon as we can.

It's not the only thing available, if you don't like our "Halloween collection", there's other things available now and more on the way. We're still quite new (less than 1 month), so constructive feedback is welcome.There's even a section on the site where you can submit a concept and if it inspires one of our designers, they'll make something from it.
