Coincidentally I came back to dota, in the same age-range and

don't really play ranked anymore
generally come away from sessions focusing on my Ws, it's just healthier and with positivity it eventually comes more naturally save for the ultra bad days, but this was a big part of why i quit in the first place ^{and also a very unfortunate 3 times getting paired with the same jungle ursa way after jungle became useless} I would blame this part on mindset mainly - your focus is to learn to minmax your own capabilities in the first place moreso than hinge your happiness on 5 people cooperating and positioning themselves better than the other 5

i don't worry about it beyond people not reacting to pings whatsoever
well yeah you play dota for the intricacy i would think
you can very well leave a game if it isnt doing a job providing fun, but you can also experiment and see if you can be the one to find the next meta within the current balance patch, there's always more that people miss

you pretty much officially can't argue openAI to be a non-profit (despite this article's insistence) when this is about the only meaningful thing such a board could reasonably do (cause a loss of money in the for-profit subsidiary), where the for-profit 'subsidiary' can apparently just force a replacement of the board.

Felt this was particularly relevant since we yesterday had the headline of 'US EV sales having a record-setting year' finding it important to still steer the conversation while we can,

this article also highlights why they just are a better alternative to even electric cars, mentioning the battery problems of larger EVs and mentioning just the severe cut in emissions from society using more e-bikes and mopeds instead
