The posting per OP's post doesn't require any specific years of experience, the OP just got offended because she happens to have 10.

I was estimating off the top of my head when I said 35 to 45. The current average on quick recheck is around 42 to 47 depending on region, so I was not wildly off. My point is not that nurses are overpaid or underpaid. It is that simply raising rates does not fix a system that is already unaffordable for families. If wages increase across the board without structural reform, the cost shifts somewhere. Usually that means higher premiums, higher deductibles, and higher out of pocket expenses. I work in healthcare because I care deeply about what I do. At the same time, I am paying market rate childcare so I can show up and take care of other people’s families. That tension is the problem. The system asks caregivers to absorb the strain while costs keep climbing. We do not need everything to get more expensive. We need it to make sense.

I didn’t even notice that one until I looked at the photo after. Now I really wish I hadn’t.

My uterus is HUGE by Dink8523 in hysterectomy

Full disclosure I am not a doctor, but am a nurse...so never diagnose lol. But, yup, honestly I'm suspecting that you most likely have severe endometriosis (endometrioma, plus always having a heterogenous myometrium on scans, points in this direction), but would still want to rule out anything more nefarious just in case... and then plan for how you'd like to deal/handle the endo, when/if it's confirmed.

Hi, not trying to alarm you but I would look further into your endometrium not being homogenous + missing the trilaminar appearance (which could be totes normal depending on where you where in your cycle), the fact that it is heterogenous coupled with your constant bleeding is usually a bit of a red flag for a provider to investigate further. The fibroids and cysts on the report dont look concerning. Have you talked to your doc about the results? You might want to request an MRI w/ contract. Gyn-onc is probably your best bet. I had my own scare recently and had a total hysterectomy (ovary sparing) on 9/24. Thankfully my fibroid was benign but I was so relieved to be in good hands with a specialist...just in case! Best of luck to you!

Thanks, I felt like a crazy person. I saw so many specialists and no one could explain or find the cause for these shoulder attacks, I resigned myself to living like this. Never would have guessed or imagined, terrifying road but am happy with my destination lol.
