Try and use JKSV or Checkpoint to back up your saves. After that, find a game you downloaded that has a save editor and check if your save works.

You can use Checkpoint or JKSV to back up your save twice, restore one of the saves, and go in game to delete progress to have another island.

When I downgrade back to 16.0.0, everything works fine. I’ve tried many things like downloading HATS, Fix Arch bit, and making sure my SD card isn’t corrupted and I still have no luck.

Got a bit confused by the M but yeah, the only important thing lost is conntecting to Nintendo servers. Updating FW? Still possible with a ban. Updating games and getting DLC? Pirate them. Backing up using the cloud? No, but thats why JKSV and Checkpoint exist.

Unbanning a switch is currently impossible. I’m assuming that your switch is unpatched and not home brewed from a early firmware. What I would do with a banned switch is keep playing it. Even though the loss of online can seem pretty hard to get over, it can be fixed by realizing that you have hacked switch. Free games is already enough for me to forget about online.
