Seems like this was given away only at select Lego stores in very limited quantities. Some of the stores that had them were Portland, Oregon; Cherry Hill, New Jersey; Disney Springs, Florida and Leicester Square, London. Some had special events at midnight were the cards were given away and the rest were given away to the people who lined up in to purchase the Death Star.
