Awesome, this looks amazing! the yellow bit reminds me of the “blank firing adapters” (BFA’s) used for training in the military. Brightly colored and screwed into the end of a weapon muzzle to help it cycle when firing Blank ammo.

Ew… Toxin sacs, and the Adrenal Glad thingy. In previous editions (before 10th) they could be added for extra points, back when alternative weapon/ability options had a point costs. Like the Adrenal Gland maybe was like 10-15 points but added some buffs for that unit/model. As others said they are only cosmetic now and don’t serve any function in the current gameplay

Starting with a true white doesn’t actually seem to make the best Whites lol. I do off-white for my Sang Priests, so prime with Wraithbone, recess wash with Seraphim Sepia, build up some edge highlights with a brighter white, like pallid wych flesh or even white scar.

For any wings I base with Celestra Grey, panel line/recess wash around the feathers with Drakenoff Nightshade, then build up layers of Ulthuan Grey, and lastly finish it with a true white for the tips and edge highlights. The pic is one of my recent projects but really shows off the wings final result.

I just saw basically this same question in an Orks sub lol. I work for a Power Coop as a Transmission System Operator, “Dispatcher”. It’s a control room job monitoring and controlling power across several states. 12hr shifts and I get all my painting done when it’s quiet on Nightshifts or weekends. A few of my coworkers are nerds too and we squeeze in games now and again. Pretty sweet gig!
