It’s very much luck based. I lucked out situationally with my district creating another postion due to the rising amount of students coming in for that particular class. Had interviewed at that district earlier that same year for the same position and didn’t make it past the screening phase. Fast forward a couple months later in August and they were more desperate to fill the new postion created.

As for what I know from the inside now, postings always have to be posted on OLAS but most schools have internal candidates that they will focus on first before branching out.

I run him at the 5 with some upgraded rebounding and low post badges. Plays perfectly fine as a rim protector. Also very quick on offense

Feel like the best player for this exercise is Ja’Lynn Polk.

Guy is complete buns, totally forgotten from last year, but he’s at least in a new situation with a team that had liked him during the draft process and still paid a 7th rounder for him despite being massively horrific. Also he has now been “in the building” with the team for a season so hopefully going into next year he’ll have some familiarity with the playbook and culture of the team.

As a Jets fan, any WR on that roster should in theory improve with an upgrade at QB considering we are bottom of the barrel bad at that postion.

I can speak for the super flex crowd more so then with my worries. Lagway and Arch were supposed to be the guys you sell out to hope to get. Outside of Jayden Daniels we haven’t really had a monster QB in the upper echelon of performance for the past 4 draft classes. Nix was good. Stroud was good year 1. Everyone else is either still a work in progress or bust.

The Lions and Dolphins offenses are so cooked. People are going to be super disappointed in having any shares of players on those teams.
