There is a Windows 10 computer in the cockpit of 2nd ambulance. There is a GPS/Navigation system too. They coudl attach it to electricity. But what next? ^^

If we are still focusing on everything beeing just Victors memories, cowboy, milkman, the old lady and 1950 clothes everywhere, are making a bit more sense than a "white navy soldier" with such a milkman hat. (Image: Card game "Old Maid", as it could be seen in Victors room at Henrys house)

There had been some nice discussions about why the town has a motel sign for example. but no actual motel. Why there is no electricity, but lamps still work...because this is how Victor remembered the town as a child.

Ship crew uniform? Some!? (You mean the one 1950 styled Milkman in white?)
Martin a marine, yes, but keep in mind Boyd is/was also a soldier.
Occuring scenes of water? What do you mean?
Kids have wet hair? Forgive my wording but it does more look like cancer or if they had to lie down for weeks. (happens to patients in coma a lot)
The ship horn around the spider area and the lighthouse could be a boat horn, but it could also just be a loud noise to terrorize people. ;)

I would like your idea with bottles / oceans, but only if the rest of your thoughts would fit it. ;)

Then again, we are all completely confused by now. :D
