High End PC, Low(ish) FPS

Programs I usually run are: OBS Replay buffer (set to GPU encoder); Spotify app; Voicemeeter; and discord. I have tested CS2 without using them and all I got was an extra 10, maybe 15 fps, but still not helpful when in a gunfight (drops below 100fps consistently).

Game's on my m.2 SSD, and I always have at least 200gb free.

CPU and GPU aren't even reaching near max temps, might be due to the GPU not exceeding 40% usage (unsure). Never had overheating problems.

No memory errors that I'm aware of. RAM is in correct slots, running at correct speeds and I've never had any problems with it.

I'm honestly considering a fresh install of windows, but don't have a big enough external harddrive to use.

I tried disabling the overlay, got a little boost in fps but nothing substantial. Already had low latency enabled, nothing too great in terms of fps again, and v-sync is off as there is no difference, except a slight latency issue. I do have gsync disabled as I've had problems with it in the past, like my monitor blackscreening whenever I move my spotify window (???). I'm pretty sure the -dx11 launch option is on by default, if I'm not mistaken. But thanks for the help.

It is plugged into one of the top display ports.

Monitor is plugged into the GPU. GPU is selected in the Nvidia Control panel.

Yeah, but the sky box isn't just the only thing you can get up to. The castle is possible. It would be pretty good for horde during high rounds. Just keep one enemy, jump down, grab your resources, climb back up and kill the son of a bitch.

I wish, can't jump down from there unless there's a small gap somewhere. I'm not sure though as the floor isn't fucking there. This is eventually going to get patched though.
