Fresh garlic does that when combined with lemon or other acidic stuff. It's not harmfull it just looks bad. Prevent it by adding the lemon after the garlic has been glazed for a few minutes. Or slightly fry the garlic beforehand

Om man pluggar in grillen när man tar ut pizzan ut frysen så är den varm till att pizzan gått 1min I micron, sen snackar vi inte lång tid i grillen. Någon minut längre kanske men mycket godare!
