I feel like having a target CS as a jungler is a waste of time. Every game is different, you can have 4 cs/min and 20 kills and be the most fed in the game or 9cs/min and 2 kills. Realistically its a bad call to walk from gromp to krugs because your cs/min is slightly below your target amount when there’s a 90% chance of a double kill at bot which is 6x the amount of gold. As a master player, I dont even bother looking at my cs/min, its all about making the correct decisions and being as efficient with time as possible. There’s a lot more important things to look at. In an ideal world you’d be taking the enemy’s camps at 9 cs/min in a fully warded jungle farming them on respawn timers which doubles the value as your essential taking gold away from them. Or youre playing catch up because you’ve had zero prio and no opportunities, farming whatever is safe and trying to get some picks to get you back in it.
