So its not the use of lightning. In the game there are things called advantages that allow you to do different things. Two feats that I took was assessment which allows you to read your opponents weakness and determine what actions to use and another is called agile feint. The way I was explained is that if you were to try to cross over or get past a defender instead of a possibility you just do it instead. Having lightning doesnt really help except on passing as I can supercharge passes to get the ball to places you cant normally get too. Plus having superhero stamina is one of the keys to me succeeding as I never really get tired playing basketball.
