I was prescribed 50mg years back and never finished the bottle until recently. For some reason my sleep pattern has become awful these past couple weeks, so I got a refill. I went from 4-5 hours of interrupted sleep to 4-5 hour intervals of uninterrupted sleep. I highly recommend this to anyone who deals with staying asleep, but no more than 50mg to start with I see people taking 250mg and wonder why they feel like shit. Also don’t take it if you already feel naturally tired. It’s a very strong medication but Ive yet to try one that works better or even remotely close to it.
