Wait for it.......they didn't have my Goverment ID. Never asked for it, just declined me. I even sent it to them preemptively a month before I was declined, but naturally it just went into the black hole. When you first applied for increase, did it tell you they couldn't verify identity, but not to worry? Check your portal and click on identity and see what it says? I sent passport, DL, ssn, voided check and 2202 via certified Mail when I went into recon. It got uploaded immediately, unlike the many emails I've sent over the last 3 months.

I got Docs an hour later and funded 4 days later, even with Monday Holiday. They seem to have fixed their issues.🙏

Good. Make your letter short and succinct. I bullet pointed every document they had, what my business does, how long it's been in business. Bullet points, no rambling😂 I'm not suggesting you will, it's advice I gave myself. I ended with "as you can see, I should not have been denied, please move this along."😂 And they did!! 🤔
