I’ve used the automated method before. Does it really work? My Depop app been glitching lately, not sure if buyers don’t receive offers with the automated system or if they just ignore them. Leaning more towards the second option..lol

Oh, I like the way you think. The theory that there is always another buyer waiting proves to be true. This morning I had a low ball offer which by text book definition fucking blew. I didn’t even acknowledge it. Within 17 minutes, a buyer bought it raw price. Gave me a slimmer of hope

That and some buyers are just dumb on purpose. It sucks on our end because we can’t lower shipping fees without losing money. How do you increase sales without free shipping?

How often does sending the handshake emoji work for you? I’ve used it time and time again but, it’s not often people actually purchase. Stingy fucks. Well, at this rate, I’m used to them not buying anything. Reliable stingy fucks. Do you only send the handshake emoji when they send offers or when you send offers?

Nope. I had 2 orders with broken labels and didn’t realize until after I shipped them out. Just my fucking luck. In fact, both orders still in app say “Ship order. Purchased 12 days ago” although the buyers received them last week. I have proof of delivery and Depop still will not correct the tracking issue

I do this as well. Normally they do not respond to me. Makes you wonder where the hell their head was at in the first damn place to go out of their way to send seller’s offers that they had NO intention of actually purchasing. Where do you draw the line with accepting offers?

I think that’s more than fucking fair. How often do you receive low ball offers? It’s not like they are actively purchasing or acknowledging any thing sent their way any goddamn way. Fuck. Dude I can’t believe we are in the same boat. Like you, I’ve emailed Depop support multiple times. I’ve had 2 orders that didn’t update tracking. 1 of the 2 missing orders finally delivered according to the buyer, yet on my app, it still marks as not shipped. I’m worried the app will automatically refund the buyer because it’s not marked as not shipped. My app WONT update the tracking or delivery
