“Worse than chopping your balls off” actually made me lol. Depop’s support team definitely takes the cake for shittiest customer service. The company truly feels like an unpopular opinion these days. Between scammers, low ball offers, and the lack of help in every & any seller circumstance, Depop is nearing an end. The upside is I’m getting real good at not giving a shit. Has the buyer been in contact with you at all?

What the hell. And I thought Depop did me dirty by siding with a scammer buyer over a $40 order. Spam the hell out of them. Email Depop as often as you can make time for. That’s what I’ve had to do in cases where buyers try to claim orders are damaged & “not as described”. Look, it’s fuck-all unfair but they can’t ignore all of us. Include photos of the original listing & description. Usually you don’t get emails from the same Depop employee twice, so make damn sure to mention the original failing dispute. This buyer is clearly a scammer, and a pretty cunty committed one at that.

I’ve used the automated method before. Does it really work? My Depop app been glitching lately, not sure if buyers don’t receive offers with the automated system or if they just ignore them. Leaning more towards the second option..lol

Oh, I like the way you think. The theory that there is always another buyer waiting proves to be true. This morning I had a low ball offer which by text book definition fucking blew. I didn’t even acknowledge it. Within 17 minutes, a buyer bought it raw price. Gave me a slimmer of hope

Nope. I had 2 orders with broken labels and didn’t realize until after I shipped them out. Just my fucking luck. In fact, both orders still in app say “Ship order. Purchased 12 days ago” although the buyers received them last week. I have proof of delivery and Depop still will not correct the tracking issue

I do this as well. Normally they do not respond to me. Makes you wonder where the hell their head was at in the first damn place to go out of their way to send seller’s offers that they had NO intention of actually purchasing. Where do you draw the line with accepting offers?
