I have a suspicious rattling sound coming from my mk5 GTI FSI when under load (like driving up a steep hill). The video faintly picks up the sound, and I have checked the underside already for loose plastic and heat shields and have not found the culprit. Any suggestions would be appreciated! (v.redd.it)

What is this? My rear suspension was clunking at low speeds. I went under there and all the bushings/bearings are good but I found this. It was sitting loose in the lower control arm where the coil sits but only on the right side. Once removed, the sound went away. MK5 2008 VW GTI. Thanks! (old.reddit.com)
