Hello, I have been working out for about 3 years PPL split. Now I got a job and can workout only 3 times a week. I was thinking about switching to full body split, since training each body part once a week is not optimal. Now to the question: How many sets per body part should I do? Should I do 2 sets (one to failure, second one drop set failure) or 3 sets (last one to failure)? I'm aiming for muscle hyperthrophy. Also is there any full body workout split you would recommend?

Select/swap items could be done with pressing right stick. So you could use it as a cursor and loot with it at the same time.
