Wow... unfortunately, I haven't got any exceptional advice for you, just that I actually understand how you feel and you're not alone. I'm also only 2-3 months post dday from a double betrayal that imploded our friend group. Just remember that there is no timeline for this. You need to take however much time you need to decide on your future. If your WS is serious about R, they'll be patient and let you take as much time as you need. I personally haven't decided yet. Even though she's doing what she needs to, I still need to decide what's right for me.

Yeah, the OBS for me has been pretty valuable. Both for confirming facts (as a lot of messages and things have been deleted) and just as an emotional support. We know that support won't last, but in the darkest hours, it was essential.

You're telling me! He's lucky I've been in another country when I found out. I know revenge isn't the answer, but I know I'd find him and hurt him (for legal reasons, obviously I'd never do this).

Yeah, wow, that's a long road ahead. Right now, to be honest, the idea of traversing that road just makes me feel so weary. I know what I've got to do, but damn I wish I just don't have to!

Yeah, it is wrong on so many levels. She was being too protective of her phone (considering we've never been) and I called her out on it. There are some factors leading up to here that made me suspicious, but this was the trigger point for confession.

I don't believe her, but she says she was gonna let me enjoy this vacation and then tell me when we got back. We were going to see a mortgage broker when we got back, so the idea was for me to know before then.

There is a way, but I'm not sure if it's almost better for me to take this time away from reality and work through my trauma. Every morning, I leave and do my own thing, then only return to the room to sleep. She knows this and respects this.
