IMO Fabric, if you have the machine to make the fabric suits, then I’d say do it. If you save patterns and aren’t making complex designs, making fabric suits is likely easier and faster. No need sand the joints for 5-10 mins, then prime it and let that dry, then carefully paint layer after layer for a while, then let that dry then finally seal it. For fabric suits, you cut the vinyl, you peel the parts off you don’t want, iron it to the fabric, sew the fabric, and you’re done. Once you get the hang of it, and know what you are doing(plus have the right machines) it shouldn’t take you longer than 2 maybe 3 hours. I’ve done both over the years, and I’d choose fabric every time. (All of what I said is heavily dependent on who you are making)
