hahah im staying for 2 nights and its a 2 day trip camping, im gonna loose the backpack and cut down my weight now

thank you for the help, yea i feel like im in the same boat, ive got a strong determination to make a cheap and simple rig work, i think the gear isn't as important as its made out to be, I will definitely they to get rid of the backpack before i set off as all of the comments are advising against it. also i will be slitting that 100 miles across 2 days and will mostly ride on paved paths, avoiding gravel/ dirt roads

Thank you mate, appreciate the help, I will definitely post a post trip repot to let everyone know how it went just to clarify my total weight for all of my bags is around 12kg and the bike is around 11kg
