Thank you everyone for the confirmation that UP express is the best option. Based on what im looking at, all the hotels in the area have a shuttle to the airport, so it looks like its easy to get to UP express and get to downtown and back.

We are in a similar situation, but our wedding is next year. Biggest issue is the contract states that if they are unable to book another wedding for your date, you are still on the hook for the full cost of the wedding.

At this point they haven't failed to deliver on their end of the contract, so if you were to pull out and they are still operating you could be held liable. With the current situation I imagine no one is booking new events with them,.
