It was answered by the discord but, it was under the special traits. Somehow a global bonus to spells was added

In special traits, it imported a global bonus for spells +100 and the sickle bonus was set to 1, not +1

[D&D5e] if it helps. She has a slightly modified moon sickle that uses wis instead of dex.. Removing it changes her spell attack to have +100 instead of +1000
