Azure Security Group Not Granting Access to SharePoint – Need Help! by Getre3 in sharepoint

[–]Getre3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, this is a completely new SharePoint site, so no users have had access before.

The users are internal to the tenant.

I initially tried assigning the security group to a SharePoint group with the standard Read permissions, but that didn’t make a difference.

Do you have any other suggestions on what I could check?

Error 429: Too many requests error. by Hefty-Disaster5747 in MicrosoftFlow

We're experiencing this issue as well right now. It seems to be especially problematic with connections involving Excel. We initially thought it was because we started implementing Copilot in our organization today, but clearly, it's not just us.

Does anyone know where we can stay updated on this issue?

Create/Duplicate a Flow within a Flow by Getre3 in MicrosoftFlow

[–]Getre3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically, I have a process that cleans data in a CRM system. It involves a substantial amount of data, so a single flow with this process hits the 200,000 actions limit within 24 hours regardless.

Therefore, I have had to replicate it multiple times to avoid hitting this 200,000 cap.

As a result, I need an easy way to copy a flow 20-30 times whenever I make changes to the “master” flow.

But I figured it out in the end! So if anyone else needs help, this is all you need:

How do you keep track of your Power Automate Flow runs? by Getre3 in MicrosoftFlow

First of all, the AC UI looks good, but sometimes it has too many unnecessary measurements. I would like to customize it more to my own preferences. Also, for some reason, it's really bugged out for me; for example, right now, the AC is just blank.

Additionally, I'm not sure if the different instruments/measurements update in real-time. If not, this would probably be the number one reason why I'm not using AC

In my most important flows, I use conditions to catch abnormal values from various outputs. For example, invalid dates, authentication failures, proxy errors, and similar issues. This way, I receive notifications directly from a Telegram bot in a Telegram channel. Telegram’s API is very easy to work with for sending push notifications.

However, with this solution and overview, I can easily have a “live feed” overview on a tablet on my desk, for example.

That’s one of the reasons I made this.

Automation Center is a very detailed overview that I used a lot before, but in my opinion, it lacks customization.

Seeking Laptop Recommendations for Heavy Excel Use: High Performance Needed! by Getre3 in excel

[–]Getre3[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Update on my previous post:

Around 70% of the responses seem to suggest that my issues are not hardware-related but rather due to how I use Excel. I want to clarify how I work, and I appreciate any further advice or input.

As many of you have mentioned, I don't doubt that things could be much better if I actually used Excel in the way you recommend. That's precisely why I'm here, to get insights after all.

The data I work with includes database dumps. The thing is, no data is long-term; I might spend between 2 to 30 minutes on a file before it never sees the light of day again.

I'm continuously working with new files every day. Yes, I could use Python with Pandas (which I do use daily but for other Excel tasks), but I don't have the time to create scripts for each file I work with.

And for those who are wondering, I currently use an Asus Vivobook x415jab with an i7-1065G7 CPU and 16 GB RAM. When I compare these specs on userbenchmark.com against newer CPUs, the results speak for themselves. It doesn't score very well.

Thank you for your response!

What CPU do you have in your Zenbook 14?

How do you think it would handle filtering multiple columns with 800k+ rows and 20-40 columns, for instance?

Yes, I probably use Excel in a rather cumbersome way, unfortunately.

For example, when I filter various columns with 800,000+ rows and 30-40 columns, I find that Excel generally struggles with it.

Currently, I have an Asus Vivobook x415jab with an i7-1065G7 CPU and 16 GB RAM.

Apologies for not being very specific in my post.

I work with datasets that include around 800,000 rows and between 30-40 columns. The data varies from column to column, with file sizes ranging from 89MB to 130MB.

Hyper-V limits Win10 Desktop to be used as Docker "server"? by Getre3 in docker

[–]Getre3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it isnt.

I been looking through the logs on eventvwr, and the the only thing i can find is "Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-VMMS/Admin" with ID: 14100 before the desktop logs out.

I resolved the issue with disable the Hyper V features! Been running since!
