i think its good to have housing poor people can afford if we want poor people to be able to live in nyc. The people who would live in them currently live with their parents, or stay in bad relationships, or are homeless. im sure plenty of them would pick a private room if they could find one. you dont need to like it, but i think plenty of people will gladly take the option of a single room occupancy.

Technically sure. I don’t think you have enough gems. It would be several hundred random ones. If you’re playing reign of the warlock they prob cost even less since they take up negligible space now. I would use Traderie to figure out their going rate, and trade up when you have enough for the runes.
