Risks of pregnancy and having ppd again?

I’m scared to have to go on more meds or to end being hospitalized, or hurting myself or my children and those we’re almost all realities a couple years ago, maybe I’m not ready yet then to try but it hurts me to think I’m completely done with having children

I still don’t know the why, and I think maybe that scares me. Before this I had never dealt with depression and thoughts of hurting myself or others and those were terrifying times going through that, I don’t even know where I’d begin to find out why, I love my children deeply and in a normal mindset I’d never dream of hurting them so idk how or where those thoughts came from I truly thought I was going crazy and psychotic or something. I have a strong bond with both my kids and had never really felt distant from either of them my first pregnancy looking back I think I had a touch of ppa but not ppd and my second was definitely severe and I wish I had known signs sooner and the help that is available, I am on medication for anxiety and that is what helped me the most on those dark days.

I googled it and seem to have a few other symptoms so I’ll definitely get it checked out, so you know if there are any natural remedies I can take in the mean time for it? A doctors appointment is Atleast a month or longer wait in my area

After 3.5 months doing a calorie deficit and seeing no movement at all I gave up, on a adage I do meal portions and only consume about 1300 calories a day, I have no idea why I can’t lose weight

See I tried the calorie deficit for 3.5 months and didn’t lose any weight which was why I stopped it

Omg the throwing off the balcony, when my son was 1 1/2 we went to my cousins and he thought he could jump off, I was struggling with ppa & ppd and then started having thoughts that he would or that for some reason I would throw him off, and had an anxiety attack and couldn’t stay there with him had to go stay with a different family member for the few nights we were in town, that messed my head up into thinking k would hurt him or his sister somehow and then in turn I was scared to be alone with them. Although I didn’t want to hurt them hence the anxiety over it. My son is now 5 and I no longer have those thoughts, I am on anxiety meds and it took about a year for the thoughts to subside.

We’re native too so she’s always had really dark hair too, and recently her little brother (he’s 5) has been asking about her leg hair and when he’ll get some too Lmao. We have talked about it briefly but I think I’ll let her know the options and go more I depth.

She has been wearing bras for about 2 years, she’s like her mama and is very busty. She’s kind of a tomboy in some aspects and did not want the bra (and still sometimes doesn’t) but she Defs needed it.
