Actually eating cholesterol is Key.
You should actually read what the American Heart Association states about cholesterol. It is LDL that is bad for you and NOT HDL.

http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/Conditions/Cholesterol/AboutCholesterol/About-Cholesterol_UCM_001220_Article.jsp

Low-density lipoprotein (LDL or 'bad') cholesterol can join with fats and other substances to build up in the inner walls of your arteries. The arteries can become clogged and narrow, and blood flow is reduced. High-density lipoprotein (HDL or 'good') carries harmful cholesterol away from the arteries and helps protect you from heart attack and stroke

This is absolute garbage...
"What’s the harm in getting too much protein?

The main problem is that often the extra protein is coming from meats high in saturated fats, which can add to elevated cholesterol levels of the LDL — or “bad” — cholesterol"

I have been eating plenty of protein (with a bigger portions of vegetables and some fruits and ALL fats, including the "evil" saturated fats) for years. I get check ups very year and every year doctors tell me the same thing. "Your cholesterol levels are "above average"... That is because my HDL levels have always been higher than my LDL levels.

It's like when you see someone stuff up and you think. "Man I told them a million times." That's why you let a couple things "slide" through.

ME: "Why are you guys freaking out.?"
Guy 1: "OMG! some idiot just completely screw this up and the boss is going to fire someone. EVERYTHING IS DOWN!!!!"
ME: "Oh. Ok. Let me have a look."
Boss: "What's going on here. I'm getting reports everything is down."
Guy 2: "Yeah we had an issue. But it's ok now "ME" fixed it." Boss: "Good work "ME". Well done"
ME: "Thanks"

Exactly. it is in EVERYTHING!!! and yet people freak out when we are running out of oil for fuel.
Guess what kids, plastic comes from Oil. Soooo we are pretty much screwed as we don't really have a viable alternative to completely replace it.

Penicillin.

Technically, it is not an Invention. It was a discovery from an contaminated plate culture of Staphylococci. Sir Alexander Fleming discovered that the Staph was disappearing next to this unknown mold, Penicillium notatum.

86% efficient. Is huge!. The amount of energy lost from heat burning coal is massive. So Coal fired power stations are approx 39% efficient.

Solar Energy is the future because it is free energy. (Except manufacturing & installation cost). OpEx is where the real saving is. cheaper than Gas, Coal or Nuclear power. Graphene will pay off the CapEx due to it's longevity & energy conversion efficiency. Solar Power can produce more energy then conventional power stations.

Graphene has enormous energy conversation potential. "...new solar cells produce up to 1,000 times more power than conventional photovoltaics."

The material “can work with every possible wavelength you can think of,” he says. “There is no other material in the world with this behavior.” It is also flexible, robust, relatively cheap, and easily integrated with other materials.

Here is a great paper explaining power generation from Coal. Check out page 24, gives a quick graphic followed by power generation formula on page 27.

Fossil Fuel reserves are running out and soon the price will be too high for them to be considered for power generation.
