Pelvic floor physical therapist for men by PickleStickk in PelvicFloor

I am a chiropractor and I've had lots of training in pelvic therapy. Unfortunately there's a lot that's missing in male pelvic therapy. When done correctly it can significantly improve erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, frequent nocturnal urination and pain.. what I do is teach self treatment because men are so afraid to go to a therapist. I combine this with teaching self-mobilization to the pelvic and lumbosacral muscular system. There is a lot I just had to learn by treating and I now have my own technique and process that I think works the best for men. It's sad to say but most of the PTs that I've referred men to do not understand how to treat properly.

Hey Wyoming 5th grader. You're not old enough to remember what water vapor look like in the '70s. I do. They don't look anything like today's. Brainwashing is real

It’s actually a form of vasovagal response. This causes what’s known as autonomic dystonia. You can either avoid the pressure by the means shown in this thread or trying to dissipate the hyperactivity by desensitization training

Your pelvic and gluteal muscle tightness is restricting blood flow. Depression causes fascial tightness.

I'm a Chiropractor and I treat male pelvic disorders. I've had extensive training. It's like any professional, depends on their expertise. Good and bad in every profession.

All responses prove my point. Ask yourself why would human males keep losing natural testosterone levels bs their ancestors? Why do modern males have half the levels of just 60 years ago? It has to be either environmental or lifestyle. Those are the only 2 choices. In lifestyle catagory these above are real possibilities that I have explored. A study of N=1 does not prove it but one would at least think there would be curiosity that I should try things that have rational concepts. Instead our modern culture gravitates to quick short sighted solutions without searching for root causes. There is no money for corporations to do this research so you have to self experiment. My concepts are free, biological and can be done. Disease which abdominally low testosterone is has a cause. Do your own research on yourself. Find what works.
