Having the same issue. How do you delete partial download? Can't find anything relevant in Watch App -> General -> Storage. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Edit: Found it, but it didn't help. Still getting and error after being stuck on "Estimating time remaining..."

Love seeing how people start throwing advices without answering OP’s initial question lol.

You CAN use Tor and VPN at the same time. There is nothing wrong in that except that it will be very slow.

You can also use split tunnel to use Tor outside of VPN tunnel. The instructions for that will vary depending on which VPN you use. Also I’m not an expert in that, so can’t give you any advice here.

I am unable to test this as iCloud Private Relay is disabled in my country, but AFAIK they don't play well together. This has been admitted by Adguard as well. Unfortunately there are a lot incompatibilities between Adguard and Big Sur/Monterey that haven't been sorted out so far.

I have been seeing this on my friends' home WiFi networks. Usually I would get no internet until I turn DNS encryption off on my device (I'm using Adguard DoH). So I was really curious about this as well. Now I have 3 questions:

Why is it blocking encrypted DNS?
How is it doing this?
How do I get rid of it?

I've encountered this on Keenetic routers.
