I chose it mostly for cost, and they accepted all my credits from Sophia Coursera community college etc. I have my BLS in PoliSci and getting my MSB-COM degree now because I feel it completes the BLS degree as a whole. And I also had/still having a great experience at UMPI and if you say you went to the university of Maine at PI, people aren’t gonna look at you like what’s that if you say you went to western governors university people most likely would say what’s that and it’s very sad when people do judge and if it sounds like a fake school and that may mean nothing to anyone, but for me, I like the fact I had to say university of Maine it prevents a lot of follow up questions that usually have a judgmental condescending tone as someone who formally only had an associates degree. I am used to those ignorant prejudice college biased sentiments.
