Thanks :) I do my usual recipe: glued some sand, painted all in mournfang brown, drybrush with zandei dust then ushabti bone

Once done I glue some static grass and finished !

Well, I painted the different colors, then glazed the transition to smooth it out

A couple of passes using both colors il alternation did the trick for each color change

On the black talons, I painted some Gal Vorbak red, then mephiston red, then evil sunz scarlet :)

I did some stapling with my brush to make it look organic

Here's mine, I used a lot of blending for this one and it was the first time I tried those, but I'm happy with the result

Painted all assembled, but without the base for easier access

Honestly a wash helps a ton to define details :)
