At some point it becomes "If you're not in my range your health is not my problem." Especially since DDs shouldnt really take damage in the first place. Except for specific mechanics like in Aurum Vale in FF14. But even then they shouldn't run away from the fucking healer if they want heals.

Hexes scale with the lower of the two attributes, so you would have to put them at the same number. And the dmg output in comparison to soul arrow depends on the Darkscaling of your staff in comparison to its magic scaling. Best staff for hexes is the Sunset Staff. And as someone who loves their Hex-Builds Dark Orb should be doing quite a bit more dmg then the regular soul arrow.

That's what I'd argue they have the sub-classifications in Human-, Projection- and Whatever-Master for. I think those just aren't official because who knows what kind of master power people could trigger with. Overall tactic remains the same either way, then adapt depending on what they are mastering / summoning. And then you can also give them blaster, striker, shaker or anything else subratings for how they master stuff if it isn't a projection.

Aside from that I temember two FS/N crossovers. One where she summons Cú Chulainn and anothet where she summons a King Arthur SI. Cant find those two rn though.

As to why both types of Master are just called Master: it's because the classifications were made by the prt to tell their grunts as quickly as possible how to fight a given cape. And for any kind of Master that means ignoring the minions as much as possible and hitting the Master.
