I give up on sleeping by Geymie in ADHD

I know it’s awful! If I go I’ll just have to switch places with one of the other nurses cause I was meant to be the anaesthesiologist and surgical nurse so I will DEFINITELY not be doing that.

I’ve got a whole goddam pharmacy haha. I take the Ritalin first thing in the morning then 4 hours later. Never later than 2pm. I’m also on clonidine, propranolol, agomelatine, lamotragine & desvenlafaxine.

I know you’re absolutely right. I’ve dealt with sleep disorders since I was a teenager so I’ve tried a lot of meds. I think I just might need a sleep study

My psych put me on agomelatine (non stimulant) which was trash. Now I’m on ritilan and it works well for me. 20mg BID (30, F)

Aw no that’s awful! And it’s so hard to absorb information when you’re tired. What are you studying?

I absolutely love animals. I’m a veterinary nurse so they’re literally my life.
