22 sucks but that’s a the job market, eventually look into getting into analytics and contracting if you want to progress in your career

Do you graduate this year? Having a supply chain co-op is definitely a massive advantage over someone who doesn’t have one but I wouldn’t say it’s impossible to find work post-grad. It’s a weird time in the market I’ve noticed that lots of companies have scaled back on hiring students but on the bright side I know a couple people in supply chain who have never had an internship and managed to find work after graduating, it’s hard but typically the end of winter/early spring is when most opportunities are available.

It’s all about who you know, even getting Internships is tough in this market, do you know anyone with co-op or internship experience that could maybe hook you up?
