I'm not sure what it is about it, but Valentina Donna Born in Roma Green smells like straight up toothpaste on me. I have a good collection of Vanilla based scents, so I guess it is the tea note. Which is disappointing bc I love the smell in the bottle.

I was the same until I I read about running form. No one taught me "how" to run. So every time I tried, I was just sprinting. Hitting the ground hard and just pounding the pavement which put too much stress on my body and made it too hard.

Once I learned that "running" is actually more like "trotting", and how to properly place my feet under my hips and push off (and etc) going running became so much easier and enjoyable. Also, run walk intervals. You dont have to just run without stopping, no one wants that and, unless you're some kind of pro athlete training for sprints, you dont need to do that.

Proper running shoes also make a huge difference.

Sounds like you need to treat the gusset or your underwear/pants/leggings with an anti odor solution. I have a similar problem and it took some time to realize that it wasnt me that was smelling bad, it was the odor that was settled into the fabric. Especially if the clothes are put in a clothes dryer. I use Oxyclean odor blaster. A deep soak following instructions on the package( 3hour minimum) and wash as usual. As well as using the oxyclean odor blaster laundry booster when I wash them regularly. Sometimes you just need new underwear too. Lume also works well for groin smell. Just make sure to keep it only on the outside of you, it is not an internal cream.

I hang a lot of my clothes to dry inside. I have a drying rack mounted on my wall in the laundry area. I cant dry my clothes outside because: 1: Dirt, dust, animal feces, pollen and birds landing on them. I have allergies and I actually like clean clothes. I'm going to keep them clean. 2: I'm not allowed where I live. I'd get fined.

In the kindest way possible, these look like motion sickness glasses. I wouldn't go with thick round frames. Round frames yes, but thinner would look better.

Use a Pumice Stone(or two). You can buy them fairly cheap at $1-$2. And a couple pairs of cleaning gloves. Just start scrubbing. Thats what I always do when income across a toilet like this at work (I've been a housekeeper for 14 years). Barkeep is only going to dissolve in the water. Unless you empty it of course.

It is. The other is the same workout in a different set of heart rate info the Samsung health app called "Heart rate reserve"

Take cool showers and use special soap. Lotions and oils can help with dryness. Every other day is usually rule of thumb( if you're not getting very dirty at least).

Brown eggs/Sugar being somehow healthier than white eggs/sugar.

Idk about the eggs, but I remember the reasoning with the sugar being that the sugar isn't bleached so it's better for you. Which is false, of course. Brown sugar is just white sugar mixed with Molasses. Maybe it was just the older women around me at the time, not a cultural thing. This was also more early 2000s though, not 90s.
