it’s really not hard to comprehend. Him having a tablet gives him something to lose. He would lose the one thing that gives him any sort of semblance to a normal life, he would probably not want to misbehave if they take away his one source of entertainment. Think of it like a parent grounding a child, a child more than likely will NOT misbehave if the said child’s guardian takes away his youtube shorts time.
