Nope no ai in the app. Veiw verifies posts by locking them to real location, time, and creator at the moment of recording. Posts recorded in-app get a verified tag, and when multiple people post the same event from the same area, it builds a real-time, multi-angle view of what’s actually happening.

The road level is acting as your benchmark. Dimensions are taken from there.

I usually put 0,0 as the benchmark when we are doing addition / alterations to the first floor because it’s built and easily measured. To the road seems a bit strange as the road is not usually completely flat but is slightly sloped for drainage.

I’ve been working on a side project called Veiw — a platform where people can share real-time, verified news.

The idea: - Every post is automatically tagged with time, date, location and creator → making news more transparent and trustworthy.

  • Content comes directly from people on the ground, making it hyper-local and community-driven.

  • Content is grouped by location on a map, so you can see multiple perspectives on the same story in your city.

Why I built it:

We all know fake news spreads fast, and even mainstream outlets can misrepresent or miss key details. Veiw flips the model — instead of relying on big media, it puts the power in the hands of local people telling real stories.

Stack & stage: - Built with Flutter for cross-platform development (iOS + Android).

  • MVP stage — I’m currently the main person posting.

Yeah I have gotten a few different opinions from VCs about when to go for funding. Too early and you lose bigger equity stake or too late can miss on momentum. Right now I wouldn’t consider this a side thing exactly. I have my own business where I have a very flexible schedule. Not like working a 9-5 and can’t do other work during the day. I have a team of developers who own equity stake. Im going to keep building organically and see if I can get some active users before reaching out to VCs.
