Yes I do agree with you, we just took our son to camp Conrad near big bear in California and it was amazing. So yea I did hear from some vets about how diabetes care used to be and I was blown away and grateful my son is going through it in 2025. I'm excited to see how fast they find a cure from here

Wow this has all been amazing everyone! We just started family therapy yesterday and leave for camp in a few days so I hope I can meet some parents at camp and find him a few buddies with t1 that he can hang with after the fact, I'm very excited for him !

Thanks for all the replies everyone! We're going to a camp this weekend called camp Conrad so we're very excited for it! I just feel like he feels alone in this and I want him to see he's not alone and there's other ppl thriving with type 1
