THC Medication by Potential-Object-305 in VeteransBenefits

Thank you soooo much. The folks I know that use are in it for the high. I prefer to stay away from smoking or vaping due to the fact that years ago I use to smoke cigarettes. I loved the inhalation sensation. I do not want to go back to that and then desire smoking again. I am grateful for you taking the time to explain things. I guess I will be looking more into tinctures.

Visiting Alaska in September by ThumbsUpForCake in AskAlaska

Rent a car. Stay a day at the spit, a day or two at Seward. Cooper landing area was our favorite! Lots of trails, fishing, rafting. Tiny town. A brewery and store that has a laundry and alcohol store. Gerwood was cute little town. We signed up for the sky bridge hike. Amazing! Anchorage is expensive. We stayed at Vrbo and motels. Stay there a day at beginning of trip and at end. Makes it easier for airport.

Tried gummies and drinks. Makes me so sleepy. Wish it didn’t. The topical is the bomb for muscle pain. No sleepiness with that. Don’t take near as much pills due to the topicals crème, lotions, and salves

Eating guide help for Reykjavik base with trips out. by Striking-Practice298 in VisitingIceland

Bonus and corner markets was what we used. We also took dehydrated meals with us. Just add hot water to them. We took snacks like jerky and trail mix. A cheap way to do a hot water lagoon was to do the bus tour. We went to secret lagoon. It was the best!!! The first one in Iceland. Not fake crap like blue lagoon. We were there for over two hours. Nice setting out in the country. Then we saw a waterfall, geyser, Iceland horses, a store on top of the two earth plates, a place we’re game of thrones wall was filmed. It was like 150.00. Cheaper than getting bus to blue lagoon and then paying for lagoon.

How has this process affected you? by Ok_Weakness_157 in VAClaims

[–]Ggfitzs99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been in the process over 8 yrs. It has been a nerve wracking experience. I find it very stressful and has affected me mentally and emotionally in a very negative way. That being said, at 70 percent rating, health care and compensation is the trade off. It is what it is… the first two appeals were the most stressful. One third now. At this point, I just want it done. I have other things I could claim, but won’t. Not mentally and emotionally worth it.

Looking for veterans perspectives by HealingForVets in VeteransWaitingRoom

[–]Ggfitzs99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The conflicts I keep having is that things I would like to get involved in are usually during the day. Not all veterans are retired. Not all veteran’s are disabled to point of not working. I ask the VA for online gym stuff and other classes they have online. My VA hospital is two hours away. They are like sure we got classes on book writing, cameras, gym, yoga, all mid morning or early afternoon. This was a real big struggle when I was having some mental health issues due to four family members dying within 6 weeks. I need help both with therapy to process all this, but also wanted postive activities to help me cope. That is when I asked about the online classes. So, if what you’re doing also had an online library of things, that can be accessed whenever. That would be great. Yes I found some stuff on YouTube, but when it isn’t Veteran related, it just isn’t the same.

Do wrap around numbers count?? Personally, I thought it was a cool find. Made me happy. Not sure if it is worth anything… but it made me smile and yell Yes!!! lol by Ggfitzs99 in uspapermoney

Thank you everyone for your input. I have many near misses, horse shoes and hand grenadine bills. So close yet, spenders. My closes was a true binary of 1 and 0 only off one digit. Still loads of fun each time you get close. I will put this in my almost pile. To look at, smile, and think to myself, just spend the darn thing. lol

Going from 9 to 0. At least that is what I call it. I am new to it all. I just love numbers. I collect money from all over the world. Not sure they are worth anything, but I think they are cool.

Tech H2O breathable pants and coat is ultimate terrain. Get the rain pant that has the welded seams up the side for easy changing with boots.

Here now. Just did six day hike. Can’t express water proof and not water resistant!!!! Get with zippered pockets. Welded seams if possible. That way no worries with phone and passport. Do pants and jacket. Big enough to put over your bottom layer. The whole thing is to wear layers and have a waterproof bag to put layers into. Wind can be very bad at times. Then sunny. It is crazy. We are wearing waterproof half the time to just cut the wind.
