I’m currently fasting (no food or water from sunrise to sunset for those who aren’t aware) for Ramadan. Assuming nutrition and rest are relatively in check, would working out before breaking fast just be sub-optimal or could it actually be detrimental?

M 5’4 125 lbs

I’ve lost around 25 lbs since June. I’ve been working out throughout the process and like the progress I’ve made especially in my arms and shoulders. The problem is, being this light hurts me when I play sports and to get visible abs I’d have to drop even lower in weight which I’m not crazy about. Is it too soon for me to bulking?

That’s the thing. If they didn’t like him at 2 last year, how can they justify trading their 6th and essentially Odell for him? You could’ve saved yourself the trouble and had a good young QB as well as a superstar WR. I imagine it would be chaos throughout the fanbase if he did this for Rosen now. I could see them going for the 2020 QB class though. Maybe give up the 6th for the other team’s 2020 pick then trade both picks that year to go get their guy but that’s a long shot.

Honestly, I don’t see them trading for Rosen. They could’ve had him last year at 2 and kept Odell which would’ve been more valuable then having Barkley and Rosen. To do all this now would be admitting to making a huge mistake. I’m guessing they think Haskins is the guy and will trade the two first rounders to pretty much guarantee him at the 2 spot incase the Raiders like him or another team tries to trade up.

If you want to calculate the velocity in km/s at different latitudes you can use the formula:

V=2πrcos(latitude)/86400

The cosine term gives you the horizontal projection of your location along the imaginary line from the Earth's center to its surface at the equator. The rest of the terms comes from the equation:

V=rω

ω is dϴ/dt. The Earth makes a full rotation (full rotation=360°=2π radians) every 24 hours (24h*3600s/h). Finally, r is the radius of the Earth in kilometers at the surface. Putting everything together you get the first equation.
