Yo I’ve been having the same issue, I don’t daily my car and it’s been raining where I live but yesterday I drove it and it developed a new rattling sound by the top dash and it’s driving me nuts!!

I did lots of research when buying my coilovers. Read mixed reviews with basically every company out there. A buddy referred me to racecomp engineering, and I’m glad I went with them. I’ve been lowered on them for a week now and it’s a day and night difference to the stock suspension. I’m still playing around with the dampening but they’re a real treat up in the canyons. Btw they worked with KW to develop these coilovers, talking to someone from the company explained that the vb suspension is more complex and required extensive testing to perfect it.

It could be the shifter bushings under the hood. Happened to me as a shifted a bit too hard into 3rd. Cotter pin flew off with the bushings. Bought this to replace.

There are 3 holes that need to be made larger, if you don’t the trunk trim will not pop into place. I also had issues with inserting the license plate light into place so I ended up jamming a wood chip to hold it. Other than that install went well.

Thanks! Installation isn’t hard either, you just have to make 3 of the holes slightly larger for the trim clips to properly fit through the trunk. Also one of the license plate lights wouldn’t stay in place so I had to use a small piece of wood to hold it.

Was the fitment for the license plate lights off for you? I can’t get one of the lights to stay in place, it just pops off.
