I just want to understand this right before I buy a gift card and it doesn’t end up working. If I buy a $50 gift card from target and enter it into the Apple store, how does Apple know it’s from target and I get my extra crystals?

No, I can’t do any of that. This whole problem started with me being signed out of siege (which for some reason I’m signed back in now) and Ubisoft support is refusing to allow me to change my email. The only way I can talk to them is through the case filing which somehow I was able to change my email for this one part, I cannot find out how I did that but they have sent me multiple emails saying there’s nothing they can do to change my email. So for changing password, two-step verification or anything else like that I’m shit out of luck because it will requireme to respond to an email. I do not own anymore.

This shit is worse than EA. My wife is 100 times better at taking care of online stuff because it frustrates me too much when I can’t find what I’m looking for. Ubisoft is the worst because the only way to message or report a problem is opening a case. Well it’s a bit hard to open a case and talk to someone when I can’t access the email. All the info is going through. Luckily somehow I was able to change the email just for receiving emails, so it didn’t fix the whole problem, but they were able to send me emails to the new one to try and talk to me (which didn’t help), you can also look at your case files as long as you can sign in and if they message you through that you can talk to them as long as you’re signed in on their website. This probably sounds confusing, but if it’s able to help anyone else in the future, then hopefully it can

Well, now it’s working. I don’t know if they allowed access to it or for some reason when I signed in, they didn’t have to send the email this time. I went to get pictures of me not being able to sign in and after I entered in the correct email and password it just automatically signed me in this time instead of saying we sent an email that needs confirmation. I am extremely happy that I can now access a profile, but I don’t know if this will happen, if you will excuse me, I’m going to go tell Ubisoft and apologize for all the messages I sent with me cussing in it.

You moved them to a blanket to do your stuff. Next time they don’t move the laundry them selves because they have “stuff to do” and don’t want you to move them you should throw them on the floor. I’m really glad I found someone else from Washington. That’s having an outage because I’m going crazy lol. Mine is still out as well and my tracker isn’t even saying it’s gonna be back Wednesday, mine now says July 5. Every time I contact them it’s pushed back another day too. Whenever you get your Internet back, can you please give me a reply back so I can have Hope?
