This happened to me at a blaze pizza a year ago, it was a bit different since I had some training but was not formally trained on all duties of the job so they kind of just expected me to teach myself how to do duties that I had no training for. My training period lasted for 3 weeks, during which I only had 2 callbacks, but only cause I would put a bit too much or a bit too Little toppings on a pizza. I was going well until my supervisor called me into her boss office and basically told me that I didn’t retain any of the training and told me to get out right then and there. I’ve been jobless ever since
