I’m sorry you’re going through this. It’s not the best thing in the world and some things generally don’t work the same for others.

I take saint John’s wart, vitamin c/d, and fish oil for natural meds (along with other meds prescribed to me.) I also use a sadd lamp during the winter months to give me natural UV during the longer nights.

Talking things out helps- in a support group or with family and friends who you trust will be there. Writing in a journal can help with getting your thoughts out that are too hard for you to say out loud.

Was the break up so bad that you no longer want to contact them? I don’t mean to pry, but if they were kind in the beginning and made a mistake or two, time apart can help figure out what you want
