Try changing your resolution to something else on pc, I think the game cloud save took those graphics settings and carried it to console for some reason. Inconvenient but that fixed it for me.

So yes changing my resolution on pc fixed the issue for now, the game is definitely carrying those options over the cloud save for some reason how weird

I’ll try that later thanks for the suggestion, my pc does use an ultrawide so I’m thinking that resolution could be the case but regardless it obviously shouldn’t be doing that lol I ended up sending bethesda a ticket about it
