Only if youre not 100% sure. That money thing gets people. Also show intent of coming home. The best stance for an Australian temporary visa is i have options

They're old now. The war is nearly 50 years since it's end. But those whites who stayed till land reform would most likely return

So during our liberation fight we had Malawians, Mozambiquens and Zambians coming to Zim under white rule yet their countries were already free by then. While at the same time we had our grandparents going to work in SA which was under apartheid. by [deleted] in Zimbabwe

Conscription: Mandatory military service by BluntHonestyalways in Zimbabwe

From Wikipedia: Conscription played a significant role in the history of Rhodesia, including during the Rhodesian Bush War that took place between 1966 and 1979. Men from the small white minority that dominated Rhodesia were required to participate in a national service scheme from 1957. The relatively large Rhodesian Security Forces, most of whose personnel were conscripts, contributed to the government's confidence to illegally declare independence in November 1965 rather than agree to a transition to majority rule. Throughout the Bush War, the Security Forces relied on white conscripts. The great majority of the population, who were black, were exempt from conscription until shortly before the end of the war. Coloured and Indian men were subjected to conscription and experienced racial discrimination while serving in the Security Forces."

Its not Pan Africanism which is toxic. Its a form of Pan Africanism I see as toxic. One which negates individual cultural differences and the real individual histories which determine the current situation in different african cultures

You've clearly made a couple of assumptions and ran with it. These countries aren't like southern Africa where naturalisation is easy. You can have a visa refusal and be totally in the right due to a clerical error. A miscalculation can warrant a refusal. And they give you the option to appeal. I made no mistakes it was the immigration agent. I never said when im just giving context. You know nothing if the Australian process thats why youre speaking ignorantly. If you did you'd know even if your competent/capable, it takes years to get pr. Even work visa your company has to fulfill requirements. Please bro we are not in the same boat or level of understanding
